How much do you invest on meetings in your organization?
At best, most of us have only a vague idea.
Here’s an honest calculation.
If your team members spend five hours a week in meetings (a low estimate in most settings) then one eighth of your annual budget for salaries is dedicated to having your team members engage in these wonderful gatherings we call meetings.
So, if your annual budget for salaries is $1,000,000,
then $125,000 is invested in meetings.
