Collection of Information

CREST Leadership respects your privacy. We protect your personal information and adhere to all legislative requirements with respect to protecting privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The information you provide will be used to keep you informed and up to date on the activities of CREST Leadership, including programs, special events, funding needs, opportunities to partner in prayer or giving, to deliver resource materials and more through periodic contacts.

If at any time you wish to be removed from any of these interactions please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your request.

CREST Leadership does not sell, lease or rent your confidential information. However, we may need to disclose personal information as required by law, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, search warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request, to enforce our Terms of Service or site rules; or to protect the safety and security of our visitors and our sites.

Our web site’s e-commerce system uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive data transmissions from your computer to our web site. The “padlock” icon confirms the SSL encryption is active. In certain areas, password protection is used to protect your privacy and security

Account Registration

When you register a user account for donations or resources we require that you provide certain information that allows us to complete your transaction. This information is used to create a unique account with a user name and password. Following account registration, a “cookie” is used to automatically identify you as a registered user when accessing our website resources or user profile. This cookie is set to expire whenever you exit your current browser session.

Restrictions on Use of Our Online Materials

All materials contained in CREST Leadership web sites are the copyrighted property of The CREST Leadership Center. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to CREST Leadership. No online material from our web sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that you:

• retain all copyright, trademark and propriety notices,

Neither may you add, delete, distort or misrepresent Any content on the CREST Leadership sites. Everything you download, any software, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the software, and all data accompanying it, is considered licensed to you by CREST Leadership for your personal, non-commercial home use only. Limitation of Liability

CREST Leadership will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompany or result from your use of any of its sites.

Please note that we are not liable for any damages including:

• Damages intended to compensate someone directly for a loss or injury
• Damages reasonably expected to result from a loss or injury (known in legal terms as “consequential damages”)
• Other miscellaneous damages and expenses resulting directly from a loss or injury (known in legal terms as “incidental damages”)
• We are not liable even if we’ve been negligent or if our authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages or both

 

Exception: certain state laws may not allow us to limit or exclude liability for these “incidental” or “consequential” damages. If you live in one of those states, the above limitation may not apply.

However, in any event, our liability to you for all losses, damages, injuries, and claims of any and every kind (whether the damages are claimed under the terms of a contract, or claimed to be caused by negligence or other wrongful conduct, or they’re claimed under any other legal theory) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access our sites.

We sometimes provide referrals to and links to other world wide web sites from our sites. Such a link should not be seen as an endorsement, approval or agreement with any information or resources offered at sites you can access through our sites. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our service. Google Analytics is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to identify user behavior, how users came to the site, and what pages they have viewed. Data may be cached for performance purposes but no data is stored or shared. Google Ads Conversion Tracking also uses cookies and technologies to measure ad performance. Google Signals collects user information from Google advertising cookies, Google account information, and those who have enabled personalized advertising in their Google accounts. This Google information may include user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from other sites partnered with Google. Google Signals helps identify cross-device insights.
