Welcome to our “scrambled” world.
So says Bob Johansen, author of Full Spectrum Thinking and the originator of the,
now famous, VUCA acrostic.
VUCA stands for a world of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity.
Now we are in a scrambled world where VUCA is joined by toxic misinformation (not necessarily intentional), disinformation (intentional), and distrust. So, what are we to do? The answer is in our thinking and this Deep Dive Webinar is a clear and practical challenge to take back our attention, our thinking, and our perspective taking by Navigating From The Balcony.

The encouragement will be straight forward – never live or lead without a balcony!

  • What Is The Balcony?

  • Why Is It Important?

  • What Should I Do There?
